Janet Hammer, REALTOR® CA DRE Lic# 01080696 Janet has been involved in Property Management since 1985 and obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 1990. In 2002 she became a Real Estate Broker earning the REALTOR® designation in 2005. Since then she has earned certificates and designations of: CMCA: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CAMICB) AMS: Association Management Specialist (CAI) PMC: Property Management Certification (C.A.R.) Janine Weston, CCAM

Community Association Manager

Janine Weston began working at Hammer Real Estate in January 2018. She is a Certified Community Association Manager and has managed Homeowner’s Associations since 2004. Helping people and solving problems are a big part of why Janine likes HOA Management. Janine is a native Californian, and when she isn’t working, she loves traveling and enjoys The Arts.
